Summary of the past couple weeks from our family:

I have started successfully homeschooling my 2 daughters. I also have started teaching the three classes at the high school. I'm very thankful for my classes. They are very repectful and fun to teach.

I was talking to the Lord. I asked Him for an opportunity to speak to a public school student about Him. It is one of the prayers, that is prayed more with skeptism than faith--but no matter. Yesterday, one of my former students sought me out. She told me how she was encouraging her friend to pray to God about a matter he was having. He confronted her saying what authority does she have telling him that, since she doesn't even know what she believes. It struck her deeply and so she sought me out. She asked me if I could teach her about God and teach her to pray!! I said, " Would I??!! You're an answer to my prayers!" How faithful is our God and how exciting for the opportunity. I just wonder how many other opportunities I have missed simply because I did not ask.
